“And sometimes I have kept my feelings to myself, because I could find no language to describe them in.”Jane Austen, 1811
ABOUT
I offer individual counselling for people navigating trauma, anxiety, mental health challenges, and neurodiversity. I work closely with teens and adults, creating a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported, without judgment. My approach is holistic and person-centred. That means we look at your emotional wellbeing alongside the social, practical, and relational factors that shape your life. Whether you're facing tough transitions, seeking clarity, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you. I hold a Diploma in Counselling, an undergraduate certificate in Psychology, and I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Counselling. I also have specialised training in the Gottman Method for couples and extensive experience in the disability sector, including NDIS support. Sessions are available online or face-to face and tailored to your goals. If you’re ready to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, I’d love to support you.
