Hi, I’m Natasha! I specialise in supporting individuals through challenges such as trauma, mental health issues, anxiety, and neurodiversity. I work with a lot of teens, helping them navigate their unique experiences and find their paths. I understand the importance of a compassionate listener and a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings. 
My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable and free to explore what you’re going through without judgment. I take a holistic approach to your well-being, meaning I consider all aspects of your life. Together, we’ll look at how different elements of your life impact your overall health and happiness. 
You deserve to be heard and understood. Whether you’re facing challenging emotions, looking to improve relationships, or simply seeking a new direction in life, I believe in your ability to grow and change. I hold a Diploma in Counselling, an undergraduate certificate in Psychology, and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor of Counselling. 
I have specialised training in the Gottman Method for couples counselling and extensive experience in the disability sector.
